You stay in a room on the street side, it might be noisy
Near a halal eatery (kebab), supermarket and metro line.
Facility is good and shower is great
Reception is not that warm for guest
the location is near notre dame, 30 minutes on foot
metro station isn't so flexible it is noisy area very small room
very modern room and very comfortable
the bed and ambiance of the room was lovely
french breakfast was not nice at all
The room was very clean, good decor. Next to a metro stop that took us straight to the Gare du Nord.
Expensive for a absolutely no frills hotel out of the centre of Paris, there were lots of tramps around and within a 5 minute walk from the hotel we had been hassled 5 times. The room was very noisy from the traffic outside (and many sirens) as well as the metro. This was also not helped by the hotel doing renovations and having drills start at 9.00am when we wanted to lie in was not what we expected or paid for.
Everything was new, furniture, bathroom, good bed... renovated.
the breakfast could have fruits.
It has just been renovated so was clean and new, was also very close to the metroi making it easy to get around..
We selected this hotel as we wanted to be close to Gare d'Austerlitz as were taking the overnight train to Madrid after our stay here. For that purpose, it was ideal and there was a good selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc nearby. The hotel were happy to keep our cases between check out time and train departure so we didn't need to use left luggage lockers
For what we needed it was ideal
The location was great. You are located very close to the Paris Metro, as well as the pertinent buses that you may need. It was extremely easy to get around using the Metro, and we used our Paris passes quite extensively. The one frustration with the Metro was the lack of operating escalator--especially when commuting to the train station with luggage. However, the Hotel Devillas was newly renovated and was extremely clean. The elevator was small but serviceable.
Nothing. However, do not reserve the least expensive room, especially if you have large pieces of luggage. If you are traveling light on luggage, you'll be ok for space.
Clean, good location close to metro, newly renovated! Nice balcony, wifi in room.
Street and Metro noise with window open, only one chair in room, now drawers for clothes, small room.
The hotel is very clean and newly renovated. Located a minute from a metro stop on a quiet street full of cafe`s. Five minute walk downhill to Siene and the batobus stop. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Metro being so close, you can hear the trains, but it didn't bother us that much. The trains don't run during the night.
Apparently I had dropped my id-card in the hallway in the morning. When I arrived back at night, the night porter gave it back to me. BIG THANKS. Try finding a modern clean room in Paris for a reasonable price. This was excellent value for money. The room wasn't that big, but comfortable, modern and clean.
We liked the quietness of it. We liked the peace, and, apart from one piece of flaking plaster, the room was extremely clean. The location was excellent and the staff were efficient and helpful.
The room was small. The breakfast was self-service but not replenished, although we had been told it served until 10am. I had been promised a small balcony, but some confusion with the booking meant we were put in a room without any sort of view and without a balcony.
